We do family law differently.

Our family law practice focuses on two types of clients - those needing some help through the process (“limited scope services”) and high value dissolutions where the client wants a uniquely higher level of attention and time.

Limited Scope Family Law Services

Many of our limited scope clients are “pro se” (meaning they are representing themselves). We have a range of services and pricing options to assist people who are overwhelmed by the process, but may not have the funds or need for a full scope representation. These services may include preparation of pleadings, providing information on the procedural mechanics of filing and completing the case, or representation for some portion of the case (such as a contempt or DVPO hearing).

High Value/High Conflict Family Law

On a very limited basis, we take full scope family law representations in cases where there is a need for a higher level of attorney involvement (such as high conflict dissolutions/custody disputes) and where such a representation will not be financially infeasible for the client. The case may have particularly sensitive subject matter requiring special care; prior clients have included celebrities, cult survivors, high profile individuals, and victims in hiding. You will receive almost complete access to your attorney at all times - ensuring that you have an advocate to support you 24/7 through what may be one of the most difficult times in your life.

So - what’s next? The first step in our process is to schedule a consultation.
